Refund policy

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Contact us at joescoffeecreations@comcast.net and one of our consumer care team representatives will guide you through the process. Please take note that returns/refunds take 3-10 business days from receiving a return to process. 

Coffee — No returns on Coffee purchases. Refunds for coffee will be provided only if packing issue, no returns on unwanted items. 

Cigars — Refunds available on unopened boxes within 7 days, due to packing error and we will provide a return label. If item is no longer needed or wanted, please contact us for an RMA#, and ship back at your own expense. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA#. Returns are not available on single cigars. 

All Other Merchandise—No returns. Refunds will be provided only if damaged in transit and proof of issue.
